Team roles
| Role | Access |

| Owner | Full admin access — manage team members, all clients, all devices |
| Engineer | Assigned client groups only |
| Employee | Assigned devices only |
Inviting team members
- Go to Teams → your team → Invite Member
- Enter their email address and select a role
- They receive an invitation email — no ProxyLink account required, they create one during acceptance
Assigning access
- Engineers are assigned to client groups. They can see all devices within their assigned groups.
- Employees are assigned to specific devices. They can only access those devices.
