Teams & Roles

ProxyLink teams allow MSPs to give engineers access to specific client groups and devices without sharing admin credentials.

Team roles

Role	Access
Owner	Full admin access — manage team members, all clients, all devices
Engineer	Assigned client groups only
Employee	Assigned devices only

Go to Teams → your team → Invite Member
Enter their email address and select a role
They receive an invitation email — no ProxyLink account required, they create one during acceptance

Engineers are assigned to client groups. They can see all devices within their assigned groups.
Employees are assigned to specific devices. They can only access those devices.

Neither role can see clients or devices outside their assignment.

Teams are available on the MSP plan. Team size: up to 5 members (MSP), unlimited (Custom).
