Up/Down Monitoring

ProxyLink monitors any proxy link and sends alerts when the service goes down or comes back up.

Enable monitoring

Edit a proxy link and toggle Monitoring on. Choose the check method:

Method	Use case
TCP	Any TCP service - checks if the port accepts connections
ICMP (ping)	Network devices that respond to ping

Configure alert destinations on the proxy link:

A 30-minute cooldown prevents repeated alerts for the same service. You get one alert when it goes down, and one when it recovers.

All monitored services appear on the NOC dashboard with live status.
