TeamViewer was breached in 2024. It requires agents on every device, routes remote sessions through their own relay servers, and charges per device. ProxyLink uses WireGuard — open, audited, EU-hosted — and reaches cameras, switches, and PBX systems without any software on the device.
TeamViewer confirmed attackers from APT29 (Cozy Bear — Russian state-sponsored) accessed their corporate IT environment. For MSPs managing critical client infrastructure, this is a material supply chain risk. ProxyLink has no breach history. Your WireGuard tunnel connects directly to our EU server, then to your device — no third-party remote-access relay network like TeamViewer's. (The web layer is fronted by Cloudflare's edge for TLS and WAF.)

Cameras, NVR systems, PBX phones, managed switches — none of these can run TeamViewer. You need a separate solution for network devices, or you simply can't access them remotely.
One WireGuard tunnel on your client's router or gateway covers every device on the network — any IP, any port. Browser RDP to a Windows PC, HTTP to an NVR camera, SSH to a switch.
Deploy once on the router. Then add proxy links for each device from the ProxyLink dashboard. No software deployment project for 200 endpoints — the tunnel does it all.
TeamViewer charges per managed device. For MSPs managing hundreds of endpoints across dozens of clients, this scales badly. ProxyLink charges a flat monthly fee — not per device or per endpoint. Right now it's completely free during early access.
Free during early access. Full MSP features. No credit card.
