# Client Groups

> Organise tunnels and devices by client site for MSP workflows.

Client groups let you organise your tunnels and proxy links by client — one group per site, office, or client.

## Create a group

Go to **Teams** → your team → **Client Groups** to create a group, then assign devices and services to it from the **Devices** page.

## Engineer assignment

Engineers on your team are assigned to groups. They can only see devices within their assigned groups.

## Access links

Each group can have access links — shareable URLs that give a client's staff access to specific devices without a ProxyLink account.
